How do I earn Buoy Benefits?
Buoy Benefits are calculated on your spend in the salon and spa on treatments, services and products.
Every $100 you spend will earn you 3 Buoy Benefit points. Once you have reached 50, 75 or 100 Yours points you can choose a service from the Buoy Benefits Menu.
Buoy Benefits are valid for 24 months from the day they are earned.
How do I book my Buoy Benefits appointment?
Book online by selecting your chosen "Buoy Benefit" Appointment.

How do I check my Buoy Benefits Balance?
After each visit with Buoy Salon & Spa, you will receive an email updating you on your points balance. Please ensure we have your correct email on file.
What happens if I don't use my points?
Buoy Benefits points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Once expired, points cannot be credited back to your account, so remember to check your email updates from us to see how many points you’ve earned or call us in-salon, and we’ll let you know

Buoy Benefit appointments are available only Monday to Friday.
Buoy Benefit appointments are available January - November. Sorry, we do not except Buoy Benefit bookings in December.
