YOURS REWARDS FAQS
How do I get what I deserve?
Yours Rewards are calculated on your spend in the salon and spa on treatments, services and products. The more you spend - the more FREE stuff you get.
Every $100 you spend will earn you 3 Yours points. Once you have reached 50, 75 or 100 Yours points you can choose a service from the Yours Rewards Menu.
Yours Reward Points are valid for 24 months from the day they are earned.
What you can't do with your Yours Rewards:
You don't earn points on the purchase of gift vouchers - Yours reward points are earned by the person redeeming the voucher.
You may only choose Rewards from the Yours Rewards Menu - Yours Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
Yours Rewards points cannot be transferred to another person.
Yours Rewards points don't accumulate on Appearance Medicine services.
If you book a Yours Reward points Service or Treatment and don't show up to enjoy it you will forfeit the points associated with the Yours Rewards booking.
What happens if I don't use my points?
Yours Rewards points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Once expired, points cannot be credited back to your account, so remember to check your email updates from us to see how many points you’ve earned or call us in-salon, and we’ll let you know
How do I check my Points Balance?
After each visit with Buoy Salon & Spa, you will receive an email updating you on your points balance. Please ensure we have your correct email on file.
The only conditions of Yours Rewards:
You can only redeem one Reward per visit.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Yours appointments are available January - November.
Yours appointments are available only Monday to Friday.
Sorry, we do not except Yours Rewards bookings in December.
