Refund policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. While we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, we are committed to making returns easy if your product arrives damaged or defective.
In such cases, we will promptly replace the product in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. To initiate a return, simply email us at marketing@buoy.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Please retain the damaged product until the returns process is complete and do not send it back to the manufacturer.
Please note that products marked as 'SALE' are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
For Click and Collect orders over $250, please bring valid photo ID when picking up your purchase.
