As the Managing Director at Buoy Salon and Spa, Sam embodies a leadership philosophy where people come first, both her team and clients. Having been part of Buoy for over 20 years, Sam had the privilege of learning under our founder and her uncle, Derek Elvy. Carrying on the family legacy, she is a talented colourist and stylist in her own right.

Under Sam’s guidance, Buoy remains a family like no other and continues to lead in hair and beauty in New Zealand. Sam's passion for fall things beauty and fashion is evident in her style, poise, and her killer outfits.
